The name Wæm Něbippì Lěymus is derived from the Constructi language, as Wæm Něbippì Lěymus was founded by Jv-73m 'Peace' Sheshesmèj, who was culturaly Constructi.

Wæm Něbippì Lěymus was founded durring the late 13th century in summer of the year 1253, by Jv-73m 'Peace' Sheshesmèj. The establishment of Wæm Něbippì Lěymus was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Jv-73m 'Peace' Sheshesmèj electing to pay people to resettle in Wæm Něbippì Lěymus.

Wæm Něbippì Lěymus was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the late 13th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Wæm Něbippì Lěymus is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century heavy spring rains following an uncharacteristically dry year and a minor earthquake resulted in the collapse of the west side of Calamity Hill. the landslide struck Wæm Něbippì Lěymus, and devastated the community. 254 people, 343 livestock, and 77 buildings were lost to the calamity. The disaster is recorded in history as Calamity's Fall.
